Office Settings
In modern workplaces, making slight adjustments to your sitting position can have a positive impact on your comfort and well-being. At Total Approach Therapy, we provide tailored solutions to evaluate your office arrangement and provide customized training sessions either in person or through online sessions. Many individuals have discovered that simple tweaks can greatly improve their overall level of comfort and productivity throughout the workday.
Post-pandemic work changes have led to increased ergonomic issues as individuals find themselves sitting for longer periods in front of computers and engaging in back-to-back video meetings, which limit movement and face-to-face interactions. This shift has resulted in a rise in common office ergonomic risks, such as prolonged sitting, maintaining awkward postures, repetitive movements, contact stress, and the application of excessive force.
